APPOINTMENT OF A SUITABLE SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE LICENSING, MAINTENANCE, AND SUPPORT OF THE EXISTING SAGE ERP SYSTEM, TOGETHER WITH INTEGRATED THIRD-PARTY SUB-SYSTEMS, FOR A PERIOD OF SIXTY (60) MONTHS
